Most frequent questions and answers

In short no! I am a self employed virtual marketing manager working with clients from my home office. Running my own business allows me to get personal with yours to support you with exactly what is needed to make your business successful.

Just like a virtual assistant, but specialising in all things marketing! As I’m self employed, you hire me for the services needed and the expertise that goes with it!

I tend to package up my services to give a full service so you are getting all the support you need. As every business is unique, each proposal is bespoke to that business. Prices range from £25 and upwards. Payment plans are available at my discretion.

My business is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday UK time. I do not work weekends or UK public/bank holidays. Out of hours support can be provided for an additional fee.

I can make exceptions if you are based outside of the UK/European standard timezone. Please contact me to arrange.

If you are just starting a business or thinking about it, my services are not right for you.  I work with small business owners who have some regular customers (at least 5). This is because I focus on customer retention and business development.

If you are looking for someone to manage your social media accounts then I my services are not right for you either.

I do not see clients at my home office, instead preferring to use video calls. If you are local to my address face to face meetings are possible within a 5 mile radius. Contact me to find out if you qualify.

I favour working virtually, however if it is more beneficial and you are local (to within a 5 mile radius) arrangements can be made for me to visit your premises or work onsite for an additional fee.

Your initial discovery call is free of charge.

Once the discovery call has been booked I’ll send you a short business questionnaire. Return the form asap before our meeting so I can get to know your business better and we can make the most of the 30 minutes.  Failing to return the completed questionnaire may result in cancellation of the discovery call.

Effective marketing is a long term activity which needs careful research, planning and execution, along with testing and tweaking, so I do not consider rush jobs unless it is connected to work already in progress.

In the first instance, book a discovery call so we can see if we are a good fit for each other. If we agree to proceed, I’ll let you know what the next steps are by email.

Before starting with any client I like to conduct a business assessment to check the right systems are in place to support the work I’ll be doing.
